Rules of articles review in the "Agrochemical herald" journal

Received articles considered for compliance with profile of the journal and the requirements for registration, then subject to peer review.

The reviewers of scientific papers are doctors and candidates of sciences, leading scientists and experts, who for twenty (20) working days in writing give their assessment of the manuscript and present their suggestions and comments. Reviewers stay anonymous. Violation of this provision is possible only with the consent of the reviewer at the written request of the author. By mutual agreement of author and reviewer can communicate without the mediation of the reaction, if it is necessary to work on the manuscript, and there are no obstacles of a personal nature.

Reviews are sent in electronic form to the authors for correction of the reviewer-comments with the consent of the author of them. In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer is the author of a reasoned written response to the editorial board for later transfer it to the referee. If an article on the reviewers' comments have been significantly authoring processing, it is sent for re-review. In case of rejection of the manuscript reviewer authors to send a reasoned refusal to publish. The article can be directed to re-review for approval or the editorial board.

The editors reserve the right to reject entries from the inability or unwillingness to take into account the opinion of the author of the reviewer.

In the presence of the negative reviews of the manuscript from two different reviewers, or a negative review on its modified version of the article is rejected without review by other members of the editorial board.

The decision on the appropriateness of publishing the review is accepted after the editor in chief, and if necessary – the editorial board.

Reviews has been storing in the "Agrochemical herald" journal office during 5 years because Ministry for Education and Science of the Russian Federation can request their copies.
